We draw our own stainless wire and round bar. Checks start before the first bend.
Chemical composition
A spectral analyzer confirms the stainless grade of each incoming batch of wire and bar.
Hardness
A hardness tester checks incoming material before it goes to drawing or forming.
Wire diameter
Calipers confirm wire and rod diameters against the specification.
Traceable records
Each order is recorded from material to finished belt, so repeat orders are built the same way.

Questions about quality control
Do you inspect every belt?
Yes. Every formal belt gets a final inspection against the approved drawing before packing.
Can a third party inspect our order?
Yes. Third-party inspection and factory audits are supported on request. Tell us the inspection body and scope when you order.
Do you provide material certificates?
Material and inspection documents are prepared per order. Tell us which documents you need before production.
Is your ISO 9001 a product certification?
No. ISO 9001:2015 certifies our quality management system. It is not a product or food-contact certification.
