A manufacturing partner for the belt types your customers ask for. We review each enquiry with you and keep the drawing and order records, so repeat orders can be rebuilt the same way.
Plant and maintenance teams
Replacement belts for existing lines. A worn belt is not the original design, so we use the physical belt, any drawings and your equipment data to confirm the dimensions before production.
Replacing a worn belt? Worn dimensions are not the original design.
Belts stretch and wear in service. Copying the worn dimensions can produce a belt that does not run on your drive. For a formal replacement, we combine the physical old belt, any drawings and equipment information to remeasure, review the structure and confirm the final manufacturing dimensions.
Photos and basic dimensions are enough for a first identification and an indicative quotation. The final dimensions are confirmed before production.

Questions about custom belts
Can you make a metal conveyor belt to my drawing?
Yes. Custom belts are built to the drawing you approve and sign. A trial production and a complete first article are confirmed before mass production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For mesh belts the MOQ is usually around 10 m. It depends on the belt type and project, so tell us what you need.
Can you copy my existing belt?
Usually, after review. Send the physical belt if possible, plus any drawings and equipment details. Worn dimensions are not the original design, so we confirm dimensions before production.
How long does a custom belt take?
Lead time depends on belt type, specification, quantity and the current schedule. We confirm it with the quotation for your order.
