A spiral freezer belt built for a 1.1 turn ratio, a small-radius geometry that supports compact spiral systems. Because the inner and outer pitch combination decides how the belt turns, we confirm it on your drawing before production.
| Material | SUS304 / SUS316 |
|---|---|
| Turn ratio | 1.1 |
| Pitch combination (inner × outer) | 19.05 × 27.4 mm / 27.4 × 38.1 mm |
| Spiral pitch | 5–23 mm |
| Rod diameter | 5 mm |
| Spiral wire | 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.5 / 1.6 / 1.7 / 1.8 mm |
| Belt width | 300–1200 mm / custom |
| Belt length | Project-specific |
| Edge | Button welded / Flat-hat welded / Rod welded |
| Surface | Pickling / Electrolytic polishing |
Reference ranges, not free combinations. Reference configurations: 1.1 turn ratio with 19.05 × 27.4 mm pitch at 660 mm width, and with 27.4 × 38.1 mm pitch at 1067 mm width. The approved drawing sets the final values.
Inner and outer pitch are confirmed on your drawing, and pitch is measured during production and at final inspection.
Pitch is checked with calipers against the drawing — 19.05, 27.4 and 38.1 mm — and recorded.
Stainless or polymer sprockets are matched to the confirmed pitch; bore, keyway and teeth are confirmed on drawing.
Repeat orders are built from the same approved drawing and order records.

It is a spiral freezer belt built for a turn ratio of 1.1, so it turns on a tighter radius than standard spiral belts (1.15–2.5). It suits compact spiral systems where floor space is limited.
We produce two inner × outer pitch combinations: 19.05 × 27.4 mm and 27.4 × 38.1 mm, with 5 mm rods.
Small radius belts are made from 300 to 1200 mm wide, or to your drawing. Reference builds include 660 mm and 1067 mm widths.
Button welded, flat-hat welded and rod welded edges, with pickling or electrolytic polishing.
Yes. Stainless steel sprockets in SUS304 or SUS316, or polymer sprockets in nylon, UHMWPE or POM. Bore, keyway and teeth are confirmed on drawing.
Pitch is measured with calipers during production and again at 100% final inspection, against your approved drawing. Third-party inspection is supported on request.
