SUS304 stainless steel
The most common choice for food processing belts. Used across spiral, stacking, open-structure, woven and chain belts.
SUS316 stainless steel
Chosen when the belt meets salt, brine or stronger cleaning chemicals. Available for every metal belt type we make.
SUS316L stainless steel
Low-carbon 316, available for flat wire / honeycomb belts where the project calls for it.
Mild / carbon steel
For dry, non-corrosive conveying where cost matters. Available for selected belt types, chain and sprocket parts.

Food contact and wash-down
Usually SUS304. Consider SUS316 if the line uses salt, brine or chlorinated cleaning agents.
Freezing and cooling
Stainless steel is standard for spiral freezer and self-stacking belts: SUS304 or SUS316.
Dry, non-corrosive conveying
Mild steel can lower cost on selected belt types where corrosion is not a concern.

How we control material before the first bend
Each batch: steel mill material documentation, material confirmation, spectral and hardness testing.
Testing scope: we can also perform tensile, dimensional and coordinate-measuring checks. Which tests and documents come with an order depends on the product and your requirements — tell us before production.

What is the difference between SUS304 and SUS316 for conveyor belts?
SUS316 contains molybdenum and is chosen where the belt meets salt, brine or stronger cleaning chemicals. SUS304 is the common choice for general food processing. We confirm the grade against your process.
Do you provide material certificates?
Each incoming batch comes with steel mill material documentation, and material documentation is available per order. Tell us what you need before production.
Do you make carbon steel conveyor belts?
Yes, for selected belt types such as eye link, flat wire, woven and chain plate belts, plus carbon steel chains and sprockets.
Which material documents come with an order?
Material documentation is prepared per order. If your market requires a specific standard or test, tell us before production and we confirm what we can provide.
