For chain driven belts we review belt, chain and sprocket as one system, not as separate parts.
Checked before packing
Metal parts: tooth finish, bore, keyway, thickness and burrs. Plastic parts: scratches, contamination and bore burrs.
Honest scope
Sprockets and some chains are made by specialist partners to our drawing. We set the specification, review dimensions, inspect and pack.
Questions about accessories
Can you supply sprockets for my existing belt?
Yes, after review. Send the sprocket drawing or the old sprocket plus the belt type and pitch. We do not promise universal compatibility without technical confirmation.
Which sprocket materials are available?
SUS304, SUS316, carbon steel, UHMW-PE, nylon and POM, depending on the project.
Do you supply spare parts with a new belt?
Yes, on request. Spare sections, rods, wire and drive parts are quoted project by project; there is no fixed spare kit.
Do you make the sprockets yourselves?
Sprockets are machined by specialist partners to our specification. We review the dimensions, inspect the finished parts and pack them with your belt.
