01Stainless wire drawingWire drawing lines produce the stainless wire we form into belts.
02Drawn wire coilsDrawn wire is checked before forming. Round bars for spiral freezer belts are also drawn in-house.
03Spiral wire formingSpirals formed on automatic machines.
04Forming and assemblyBelts formed, straightened and assembled to the approved drawing.
05WeldingEdge and link welding, with robotic welding where it applies.
06InspectionDimensions checked during production and at final inspection.

Honest scope: some chains, sprockets, pickling, electropolishing, heat treatment and wooden cases are sourced from specialist suppliers to the project specification, and checked against our finished-product requirements.
