We keep the approved drawing and order records, so a repeat order is built the same way.

Old belt + drawings + equipment data, because worn dimensions are not the original design.

If something is wrong, we collect order details, photos and videos, review production and QC records, agree a solution and recheck repeat orders.

Packed to arrive the way it left
By material: stainless belts are kept clean and dry before packing; mild steel parts get anti-rust oil and protective film. Packing over 3.8 m wide may add steel reinforcement.

What is your minimum order quantity?
For mesh belts, usually around 10 m. It depends on the belt type and project.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
EXW, FOB and CIF are common. Tell us your preferred terms and destination.
Can I get a sample?
Samples are handled case by case. Trial production during a custom order is part of our quality control and is confirmed with you before mass production.
What happens if there is a problem with my belt?
Send the order details, photos and videos. We review production and QC records, agree a solution with you and recheck future repeat orders.
